We are seeking a technically skilled AutoCAD Draftsman who can handle both drawing interpretation and on-site supervision for the fabrication of industrial components such as chutes, suction eyes, impellers, and fans . The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD proficiency and the ability to lead fabrication teams both in the workshop and on-site (field) . Key Responsibilities: Create and interpret detailed fabrication drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Supervise and instruct workshop personnel during fabrication processes. Direct and guide teams at job sites to ensure correct installation and assembly. Ensure all fabrication and on-site work is done as per drawing specifications and quality standards. Coordinate between the design office and the field team for smooth execution. Conduct field visits for measurements, fit checks, and installation planning. Report daily progress and resolve technical issues on-site. Requirements: Strong command over AutoCAD; ability to work independently with fabrication drawings. Technical knowledge of components like chutes, suction eyes, impellers, and industrial fans. Must be willing to work both in the workshop and on-site (field) as required. Hands-on supervision and team management skills are essential. Must have a motorbike for commuting to different sites or live close to the job location .
